Customer Services Representative

Summary-:

The Customer Service Representative (Sr. CSR) plays a critical role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our diesel services business. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and the internal service/technical teams, overseeing inquiries, service requests, scheduling, and resolution of customer issues related to heavy vehicles, marine shipments, and diesel machinery repair and overhauling.

Job Responsibilities-:

Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:

Serve as the first point of contact for key clients, managing service inquiries, quotations, complaints, and feedback professionally; build strong long-term relationships with fleet operators, shipping companies, and commercial vehicle customers.

Service Coordination & Scheduling:

Coordinate with workshop, field service teams, and technicians to schedule maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and inspections, ensuring timely execution of service orders with minimal customer downtime.

Technical Understanding & Support:

Possess a working knowledge of diesel engines, marine systems, and heavy vehicle components to communicate effectively with clients and translate technical issues into service requirements.

Documentation & Reporting:

Handle customer service documentation including service reports, job cards, invoices, and warranty claims; ensure accurate records in CRM systems and generate weekly/monthly customer service reports.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with the operations, parts, and sales teams to ensure service quality and implement feedback-based improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
