Customer Services Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (BPO experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
