Position Overview

AZ Print Packages is looking for a Customer Success Agent who will act as a key point of contact for our USA-based clients. This role focuses on post-sales communication, relationship management, and client satisfaction, ensuring a smooth experience from order confirmation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for USA clients after order confirmation
• Provide timely updates on order status, production, and shipment
• Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production, QA, logistics)
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support
• Experience working with USA market clients preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Comfortable working onsite during night shift
