Customer Success Associate

Position Details

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related
  • field.
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a client facing or support role
  • are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Basic understanding or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,
  • HubSpot) will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional
  • client experiences.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Success team in managing day-to-day communication with
  • clients.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, and Operations) to address
  • client needs and concerns.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • metrics.
  • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth experience.
  • Maintain client information in CRM systems and support documentation of feedback
  • and service improvements.
  • Learn and apply best practices for client relationship management and service excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range / Budget: PKR 100,000- PKR 140,000 (Slightly Negotiable)

Hiring Preferences

  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English
  • Willing to work at night shift - US Time Zone (6pm -3am), Monday to Friday
