Key Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related
- field.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a client facing or support role

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Basic understanding or familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,
- HubSpot) will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for delivering exceptional
- client experiences.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Client Success team in managing day-to-day communication with
- clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist in ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, and Operations) to address
- client needs and concerns.
- Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- metrics.
- Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth experience.
- Maintain client information in CRM systems and support documentation of feedback
- and service improvements.
- Learn and apply best practices for client relationship management and service excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range / Budget: PKR 100,000- PKR 140,000 (Slightly Negotiable)

Hiring Preferences
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English
- Willing to work at night shift - US Time Zone (6pm -3am), Monday to Friday
