About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Support Engineer with strong technical intuition, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. You will support both individual customers and professional installation shops—helping them install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize our products.

This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys working with both hardware and software, and thrives in a fast-paced support environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and Zendesk tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, wiring, and installation-related issues.
  • Guide customers through setup, activation, and configuration steps.
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation for each support case.
  • Update Shopify order records and customer history as needed.
  • Escalate complex technical issues while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, guides, and support resources.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years in technical support, IT helpdesk, automotive electronics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive systems, infotainment tech, or consumer electronics.
  • Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and smartphone.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

Schedule & Compensation

  • Days: Sunday–Thursday & Saturday (Saturday required)
  • Hours: Align with U.S. 9am–5pm EST (3pm–12am Egypt)
