Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who can provide exceptional support to our customers, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a delightful experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, offers, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain customer data and interaction records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and service quality targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or BPO roles (freshers can apply).
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
