Position: Customer Success Executive
Company: Veclar Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Compensation: Hourly Rate – PKR 16,000
Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000–180,000 (based on experience)
Additional Benefits: Performance-based commissions in USD

Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to strengthen client relationships, optimize onboarding processes, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, articulate, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
  • Interact with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Oversee client onboarding and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records within the CRM.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred for graduates).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relationship roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and B2B clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in SaaS or CRM-based roles.
  • Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian clientele.
  • Proven professionalism in email and phone communication.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing business requirements.
