As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll be the voice of Rentify for our growing community of tenants and landlords. Your role is to make sure every customer enjoys a simple, smooth, and rewarding experience — from onboarding to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome new tenants and landlords to the Rentify platform, explain key features, and guide them through digital agreement signing, monthly payments, and reward enrolment.
  • Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to new users, existing tenants, and landlords to assist with onboarding, collect feedback, and re-engage inactive customers.
  • Support Operations: Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp queries with empathy, accuracy, and ownership — ensuring quick resolution.
  • Account Management: Build trusted relationships with customers, anticipate their needs, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Data & Insights: Keep all customer records updated in Rentify’s systems; track feedback and report recurring issues to the product and operations teams.
  • Engagement & Retention: Stay in touch with users at key milestones (onboarding, mid-term, renewal) to drive satisfaction and ensure renewals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Knowledge Base: Create and maintain how-to guides, FAQs, and process notes to help customers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, telesales, account management, or operations (preferably in fintech, proptech, or consumer-tech).
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable making and receiving calls daily.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Organised, energetic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
