Customer Success Executives

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Success Executives to join our on-site BPO team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting company services, and qualifying leads for the sales/closing team. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Present and promote company services professionally
• Engage customers and generate interest
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the closing team
• Maintain accurate call logs and daily reports
• Follow scripts, company policies, and compliance standards
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Job Requirements:

• Good spoken English and confident communication
• Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Prior BPO or call center experience is a plus
