About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about driving student success and leading high-performing teams. In this role, you will ensure strong student engagement through course consumption and support business growth through referrals (leads and conversion) .


This is a performance-driven management role , where success will be measured by your ability to improve team engagement metrics and achieve KPIs.



🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of Class Mentors to achieve monthly KPIs in course consumption rate and referral targets.
  • Ensure customers stay active in their learning journey by increasing class attendance and engagement.
  • Develop initiatives to boost referral leads and conversion from existing customers.
  • Track and analyze team performance data, providing regular feedback and action plans.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company business objectives.
  • Conduct training and performance reviews to strengthen the team’s operational and sales capability.


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, or education-related roles, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Strong command of English & Arabic , both spoken and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance targets (course consumption, referrals, or similar KPIs).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence both team members and clients.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
