Are you an experienced appointment setter or customer engagement specialist with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences?
We’re building a new Home Improvement operation in Lahore and looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team.

As the Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client interactions, scheduling and confirming appointments, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and professional journey. Your work will directly support our sales team and help shape the success of our growing operation.

What You’ll Do

  • Set in-home appointments with leads generated through marketing and outreach efforts
  • Confirm appointments and ensure the sales team has accurate, up-to-date details
  • Follow communication scripts and processes with professionalism and empathy
  • Adapt strategies to fit the needs of the local market
  • Deliver a positive, professional customer experience over the phone
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to appointments and confirmations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home improvement appointment setting, or customer coordination
  • Excellent verbal communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced startup-style environment
  • Comfortable following proven processes, open to feedback, and eager to grow
  • Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, or call tracking software is a plus
