About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager you will act as a strategic partner to our customers ensuring they maximize the value of AppsFlyer's platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, drive adoption and help them achieve their business objectives. Your role will bridge technical and business expertise, helping to foster long term relationships and product innovation.

What You'll Do
  • Become an expert in AppsFlyer's product covering both business and technical use cases while staying up to date on product releases and new features.
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on best practices for utilizing AppsFlyer to drive their marketing success.
  • Use your expertise to quickly identify, elevate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Build deep business relationships by delivering exceptional support and service.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars and demos (both virtual and onsite) to educate clients on AppsFlyer's platform and new features.
  • Facilitate and document customer product ideas and feedback, collaborating with Product and R&D teams to drive innovation.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders, sharing industry best practices and showcasing the impact of AppsFlyer's solutions on customer success.
What You Have
  • Experience in customer success, product management or mobile analytics at an online advertising company, digital agency or SaaS martech platform.
  • Fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the Middle East market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets and resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts across diverse industries, company sizes and experience levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non technical audiences.
  • A fast learner who is naturally curious and thrives in a fast paced dynamic work environment.
  • Background in digital marketing, especially mobile marketing.
Bonus Points
  • Technical expertise in SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Analytics and Deep Linking.
  • Familiarity with product management by an AppsFlyer team member.
