Job Title: Customer Success Manager + Sales Representative
Location: Dubai
Department: Customer Success / Sales
Reports To: General Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our growing team in a hybrid Customer Success Manager (CSM) + Sales role. This unique position blends relationship management with revenue growth responsibilities, ensuring our MSP customers are successful with our solutions while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
As a CSM + Sales, building strong relationships, guiding onboarding and adoption, delivering value, and helping customers grow with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Monitor customer health and proactively address risks of churn or low adoption.
Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide actionable insights to drive customer value.
Advocate for customers internally, coordinating with Product, Support, and Engineering teams as needed.
Develop deep product knowledge to guide customer strategy and troubleshooting.
Sales / Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your accounts (upsell, cross-sell, license growth).
Manage the renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and timely renewals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive adoption of new features or products.
Build a pipeline of expansion opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving account growth.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and MSP ecosystem.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with identity security, privileged access management (PAM), or IT automation tools.
Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or channel-focused businesses.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms and map features to customer value.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a team-oriented mindset.
Arabic speaking is a plus
