Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to manage our existing client base, drive engagement, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Urdu and English, comfortable with calling and following up with customers, and skilled in reporting and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing customers via phone and email to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Engage customers with updates, offers, and product information to enhance their experience.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, ensuring closure from first contact to last mile.
  • Assist the sales team in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on customer engagement, lead status, and sales performance.
  • Analyze data using Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer success.
  • Communicate professionally in both Urdu and English, adapting to customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
