Your Role:

Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, chats, and emails.

Resolve queries, ensure satisfaction, and maintain accurate CRM documentation.

Support customer retention, upselling opportunities, and smooth issue resolution.

You Need:

Min. Intermediate (12th Grade)

6+ months in customer support or related role

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
