• Providing operational support in order management processes, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with internal teams.
• Communicating directly with customers to handle inquiries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in process optimization initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting implementation of improvements.
• Contributing to digital transformation projects, such as system upgrades, automation initiatives, and digital workflow improvements.
• Preparing basic monthly performance and status reports, using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or internal reporting systems.

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or International Trade
• Having strong communication skills and be successful in teamwork and customer relations
• Interested in supply chain and logistics processes
• Have an advanced level of English proficiency
• Able to think analytically, work in a solution-oriented manner, and willing to take an active role in process improvements
