Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Faisalabad

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an excellent service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments (technical, billing, sales, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on recurring problems to help improve products, services, or processes.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, satisfaction rating, and resolution rate.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or support (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
