Responsibility:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and services
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product changes
- Prepare and share operational reports with internal stakeholders and clients, offering insights and recommendations
- Ensure accurate documentation and strict adherence to client-specific guidelines and compliance standards
- Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
