Job Title: Customer Support Intern
Location: Near UET Station, Lahore
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Internship Duration: 30 Days (Leading to Permanent Position)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Support Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, supporting operations related to AI tools, and ensuring smooth client communication. This role provides hands-on experience with modern AI and automation tools in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Support clients in using and understanding AI tools effectively
• Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
• Monitor basic performance of tools and report any issues
• Maintain and update records of client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolving client concerns
• Ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Strong command of English (spoken & written)
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, and n8n
• Understanding of prompting techniques (preferred)
• Familiarity with Chrome Extensions and general online tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidates are preferred
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
