We're currently seeking a Customer Support Executive. You will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless service to our customers via chat support & issue resolution.
Responsibilities Include:
1-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
2-Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
3-Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
4-Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
5-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to accurately address customer questions.
6-Record customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
7-Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products, services, and customer support processes.
8-Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
