- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, returns, refunds, and general support issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they remain satisfied.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and processes.
- Collaborate with the logistics, sales, and marketing teams to solve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements for customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
