Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for our US process. This is a blended role (Voice + Non-Voice) where you will handle customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy.
  • Assist customers with product/service information and order-related support.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Skills: Fluent communication skills in English (verbal & written) are mandatory.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable with night shifts (US timings).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Additional: ₹5,000 Travel Allowance (TA)
  • Working Days: 5.5 days/week (as per US shift requirements)
