Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift – Voice Process)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and support customers with their queries. This role requires good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and willingness to work in a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer queries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Maintain call records and update internal systems.
  • Follow communication guidelines and company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
