Customer Support & Client Coordinator

About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Support & Client Coordinator to assist in managing client communications and supporting daily office operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and maintaining organized workflows.

You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth communication with clients, responding to emails, managing calls, and assisting with scheduling and data organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Draft professional email responses
  • Manage customer records using CRM systems
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
  • Conduct cold calls and assist with lead generation
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Support internal coordination tasks
  • Assist with social media-related tasks
  • Compile reports and maintain data records

Qualifications

Shift Details

Night Shift
8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Monday to Friday
On-Site in Rawalpindi

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
