Job Description:

  • Oracle storage and systems support
  • Oracle Linux / Solaris / Unix Support to customers
  • Virtualization (KVM)
  • Able to demonstrate high initiative and ownership of issues
  • Able to work at a fast pace and achieve pre-determined billable utilization goals
  • Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment
  • Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems
  • Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Complete time logs in helpdesk after completing tasks to ensure accurate and timely time tracking, project management and record.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Virtualization (KVM/ VMware)
  • Hands on experience for Oracle systems and storages
  • BS – computer science or equivalent
  • Linux administration
