Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, and cloud-based solutions.

Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing IT projects.

Manage IT documentation, user access, and system logs.

Assist in the deployment of AI and automation solutions within the organization (a plus).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT services.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, cybersecurity basics, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred).

Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI tools, automation workflows, or IT modernization projects.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, or AWS.
