Salary: PKR 90,000 – 150,000 per month

Creative Networks is a UK-based managed IT and telecoms company providing support and solutions to clients across multiple industries. With offices in the UK and Pakistan, we are expanding our Islamabad team to strengthen our IT support operations.

About the Role
We are hiring IT Support Engineers to provide day-to-day end-user and desktop support. You will be responsible for handling technical issues, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for colleagues and clients. Strong communication skills are key, as you will be directly assisting users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and applications.
• Resolve hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in all support interactions.
• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or willing to complete within 6 months of employment by themselves.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Weekend work may be required.
