We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Support Executive to oversee daily IT operations, manage support activities, and ensure system reliability across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead and support junior IT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT support staff.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, servers, and peripherals.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Manage user access controls, security configurations, and system backups.
- Coordinate with vendors and external support teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and implement preventive maintenance.
- Maintain updated documentation of IT assets, incidents, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security standards, and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking protocols.
- Experience with server administration, firewalls, and data backup systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud-based tools (AWS, Azure) and remote support platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle critical incidents under pressure
