Customer Support Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for Customer Support Executive to join our Boutique. Past experience in customer service is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Answer customer queries and resolve issues through incoming phone calls.

2)Engage with potential customers, answer their questions, and provide product information to drive sales and book orders.

3)Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for future reference.

4)Stay updated on product features, specifications, and pricing to effectively assist customers.

5)Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary Package: 30k

Days & Time: Monday to Saturday 12pm to 9pm.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services.
  • Must know about MS Office and Excel. Laptop handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
