Role Overview

GrowthRise Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will assist international clients by managing inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing live support to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We value individuals who are tech-savvy, have excellent English communication skills, and can perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and other communication channels.
  • Order & Return Management: Process and monitor customer orders and returns accurately.
  • Live Chat Assistance: Provide real-time support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in internal systems.
  • Microsoft Office Tasks: Use Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, and tracking purposes.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, polite, and professional written and verbal communication to international clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Must have a personal laptop.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
