Customer Support Executive

Tekboox, a US-based IT Company, is urgently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer support for healthcare clients.

· Handle patient scheduling for US doctors.

· Have working knowledge of insurance providers and their plans.

· Be familiar with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems.

· Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

· Up to 2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

· Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

· Candidates with O/A Levels background or IELTS certification will be preferred.

Job Location & Timing:

· Location: DHA, Lahore

· Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

· Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days a week
