Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Homeessentials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best solution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, and sales) to address customer concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and deliveries.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Excel.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service (E-commerce or retail background preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹12,037.57 per month
