Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Working Hours: 50 Hours Weekly (Rotational Shifts)

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore.

Job Duties

  • Oversee UK operations from our 24/7 control room in Lahore.
  • Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Schedule shifts for staff members.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in both day and night shifts as part of a rotational schedule.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: A-level or graduation.
  • At least 02 years of experience in an international (preferably UK) call center in operations, not in sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a UK-based security company is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication (both speaking and writing)
  • English proficiency should be at least 7 out of 10 overall (please do not apply if your English communication is not good).

Note: Only apply if you are comfortable with rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
