Customer Support Executive

Department: Warehouse / Operations

Location: Brookes Chowrangi, Korangi Karachi

Salary: 45,000

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Courier Confirmation Executive will be responsible for handling courier-related shipper advice cases. The role includes contacting customers to confirm the reason for order refusal, reconfirming delivery intent, and updating all relevant courier portals on a daily basis to ensure accurate shipment status and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Access courier portals and download shipper advice files on a daily basis.

* Review refused, returned, or on-hold shipment details shared by courier partners.

* Call customers to:

* Confirm the reason for order refusal.

* Verify whether the customer still wants the order or wishes to cancel it.

* Reconfirm delivery details if required.

* Clearly record customer responses and decisions.

* Update shipment status, remarks, and confirmations on courier portals accurately.

* Coordinate with the warehouse and customer support team for next actions (re-dispatch, return, or cancellation).

* Maintain daily records and basic reports of calls made and cases resolved.

* Ensure timely follow-ups to avoid shipment delays or losses.

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Basic knowledge of courier portals and shipment processes.

* Good communication skills (especially calling and dealing with customers politely).

* Ability to use computer systems, portals, and Excel/Google Sheets.

* Basic understanding of order lifecycle (dispatch, refusal, return).

* Attention to detail and proper documentation.

* Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Qualification & Experience:

* Minimum Intermediate (preferred).

* 0–1 year experience in warehouse operations, courier handling, or customer calling (preferred but not mandatory).

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Timely calling and confirmation of shipper advice cases.

* Accuracy of portal updates.

* Reduction in pending or unconfirmed courier cases.

Note: This role is operational and requires regular coordination with courier partners, warehouse staff, and internal teams.
