Customer Support Executive

CreditCare Credit Management is seeking a skilled and result-driven Personal Finance Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit management and must be confident in handling bank negotiations and settlement processes on behalf of customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle customer accounts related to credit cards, loans, and other liabilities
• Communicate and negotiate directly with banks and financial institutions for settlement and restructuring
• Achieve favorable settlement terms for customers
• Provide professional financial advice and debt management solutions
• Prepare settlement proposals and follow up with banks until closure
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and agreements
• Build strong relationships with banking representatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations
• Meet monthly performance and recovery targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advisory, debt management, or credit settlement
• Proven experience in negotiating with banks in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking and credit policies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
