Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate will manage calls, WhatsApp, emails, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate product and order information
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order tracking
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or tele-calling
  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Patient and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Immediate joiners preferred
