About the Role

Mammar Digital Solutions is a growing e-commerce company seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication and post-order support through email and online chat platforms.

In this role, you will assist customers with order-related questions, delivery updates, returns, and refunds. The work process is structured and suitable for entry-level candidates who are looking for a stable position with long-term growth opportunities.

Complete training will be provided on tools, workflows, and customer communication. Previous experience is not mandatory.

Candidates residing in or near Valanchery (within approximately 15 km) are preferred due to daily office travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and marketplace chat platforms
• Resolve order-related issues including returns, refunds, and complaints
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for shipment updates
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and basic reports
• Collect customer feedback and assist with review management

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (any discipline)
• 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in e-commerce customer support
• Familiarity with courier tracking, return, and refund processes
