Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

Follow up with interested clients and close sales

Maintain call records and customer information

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Handle customer queries politely and effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages are a plus)

Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling

Freshers can apply; experience is an advantage

Confident, energetic, and target-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
