Job Position: Customer Support Executive
We are growing taxi service provider catering to UK clients, ensuring reliable and seamless travel experiences. To strengthen our customer experience, we are hiring energetic Customer Support Executives who can effectively communicate with both customers and drivers, handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our UK campaign team. The selected candidates will be responsible for interacting with customers who contact us regarding vehicle rental or vehicle purchase inquiries. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and client-handling skills to provide excellent customer experience and convert inquiries into successful bookings or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from UK-based customers regarding vehicle rental and purchase inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Professionally explain rental plans, pricing, terms, and purchase details.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up with potential customers to close pending inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for booking confirmations and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UK customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with UK clients.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and command over Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM or call management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in call center, customer service, vehicle rental, automotive sales, or UK campaign will be an advantage.
- Experience in inbound sales or client dealing roles preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory if candidate has strong communication skills).
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and convincing power.
- Prior experience in customer support, call center, or client services (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts (as per UK time zones).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
