Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Prior experience in customer service will be preferred
