We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Prior experience in customer service will be preferred
