Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer who can handle customer interactions effectively while also supporting the team in basic product sourcing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Urdu communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Record and track customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist the team in product sourcing activities (local/online markets)
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and pricing
  • Support in comparing products, rates, and quality before final selection
  • Maintain basic records of suppliers and sourced products
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

  • Minimum FA / BA qualification
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (fresh candidates can apply)
  • Strong Urdu communication skills
  • Basic understanding of customer handling and problem-solving
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, social media handling)
  • Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
