Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to ensure smooth coordination between customers and drivers for timely and efficient delivery operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, resolving queries, managing communication and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between customers and drivers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address delays or issues
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams
  • Record customer interactions and update delivery status in the system
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines
  • Ensure all deliveries meet company service standards and customer expectations

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2 to 3 at least in customer support, logistics coordination or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, email handling etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Experience in delivery/logistics or e-commerce operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Effective coordination and teamwork
  • Clear and professional communication
