Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures and company guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed

Requirements:

  • Freshers can apply (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a team
