Customer Support Executive

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be expected to resolve customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Record and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Contribute to achieving department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in providing customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
