Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Customer Support Executive for our night shift operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer support calls, billing-related queries, and fast food customer interactions. Candidates with basic technical troubleshooting skills and sales exposure will be preferred. The selected candidate may also be required to handle outbound sales calls during low call volume hours. Sales commission will be provided on successful conversions.

Responsibilities

● Handle inbound customer support calls professionally

● Resolve billing-related and payment-related customer issues

● Assist customers with account and service-related queries

● Troubleshoot basic software/system-related problems

● Maintain proper records of customer interactions

● Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments

● Handle outbound sales calls when required

● Convert leads into sales opportunities when applicable

● Deliver high-quality customer service and timely responses

Requirements
● Previous experience in customer support or call center environment

● Experience handling billing queries and customer complaints

● Fast food customer service experience will be considered a plus

● Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred

● Strong English and Urdu communication skills

● Ability to work night shift (mandatory)

● Sales experience or confidence in sales calls is a plus

● Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting from PKR 45,000

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
