Customer Service Executive Job Description (Operations - Export & Import)

Handling Shipping Instruction documents , Awb , MBL & HBL Management ,placing bookings with liners, VGM filing coordinating with the exporter of cargo and field operation executive to ensure a smooth custom clearance process & loading of the container

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy in filling the Shipping instructions to avoid delays and penalties.

Handle Awb ,MBL, & HBL drafts & final with zero error

Place bookings with liners ,Nvocc airlines to Ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations.

Coordinate with Custom Clearance agent, liners , transporters to Address and resolve issues related to shipments ts to avoid delays, holds, and discrepancies..

File VGM with odeX accurately and timely

Make invoice in the software .

Job Requirements:

Graduation in any stream

Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations with freight forwarder is must , specifically in export and import (air and sea) ,

Filling Shipping Instruction experience with virous lines is must

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Location: Western Railway Line or Metro Lines (candidates based in these areas are preferred)

Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
