 Engage with transport industry professionals via calls to introduce our EMT Transport app, explaining its benefits and features.

 Conduct feedback calls to gather user insights and document customer queries.

 Relay important customer feedback and queries to the sales team for prompt action and follow-up.

 Manage communication through WhatsApp, sending informative messages and providing support via chat to assist clients effectively.
