Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Job Overview

Paraayan is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, order-related concerns, and provide excellent after-sales support across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and marketplace chats

· Provide accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns

· Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, operations) for issue resolution

· Manage order status updates, cancellations, refunds, and replacements

· Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues

· Follow company SOPs and customer service guidelines

· Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand representation

Requirements & Skills

· Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

· Good communication skills in English and Hindi

· Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and Google Sheets

· Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is a plus

· Problem-solving attitude and patience while handling customers

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
