Job Description

Countryside Express Courier and Cargo LLP is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and relationship management. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • * Manage relationships with existing and old customers
  • * Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person
  • * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • * Maintain customer records and follow up on pending concerns
  • * Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • * Provide accurate information about courier and cargo services

Job Specification

  • * Graduate in any discipline
  • * MBA/PG (HR/Marketing/Operations) is an added advantage

Experience

  • * 0–1 year of experience in customer support or service
  • * Freshers are welcome to apply
