Customer Support Executive (Digital)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls & chat,
  • Provide helpful and timely assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and issues.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues for swift resolution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of OLX’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Stay updated on product changes and promotions to better serve customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both in writing and verbally.
  • Adapt communication style to meet different customer needs while maintaining professionalism.
  • Collect customer feedback to suggest improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Ability to identify issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions quickly.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Meticulous in handling customer queries and keeping accurate records.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Empathy & Patience:
  • A patient and empathetic approach to understanding and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
