Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls & chat,
- Provide helpful and timely assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and issues.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues for swift resolution.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of OLX’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Stay updated on product changes and promotions to better serve customers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both in writing and verbally.
- Adapt communication style to meet different customer needs while maintaining professionalism.
- Collect customer feedback to suggest improvements.

- Strong Communication:
